We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – IT & Non-IT with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates .
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
* Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
* Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring preferred.
* Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-handling skills.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
