Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, maintain and repair hotel plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage lines.
- Attend to plumbing complaints in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, kitchens and back-of-house areas.
- Repair leaking taps, faucets, pipes, valves, toilets, showers, flush systems and other plumbing fixtures.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems.
- Check and maintain hot and cold water supply systems.
- Inspect water tanks, pumps, valves and related equipment.
- Transparent blocked drains, sinks, toilets and pipelines.
- Identify water leaks and take corrective action to minimize water wastage and property damage.
- Assist in installation and replacement of pipes, fittings, sanitary fixtures and plumbing equipment.
- Maintain proper pressure and flow of water throughout the hotel.
- Respond quickly to emergency plumbing breakdowns and water leaks.




- Maintain plumbing tools, equipment and spare materials in good condition.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, breakdowns and materials used.
- Follow hotel safety procedures and use appropriate PPE while working.
- Coordinate with Engineering team members and other hotel departments when required.
- Ensure minimum disturbance to guests while carrying out maintenance work.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and hotel SOPs.
- Report major faults, equipment damage and material requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer or Engineering Supervisor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
