Role Brief:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by

collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical

foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve real-world problems. You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership:

● Own the product roadmap for assigned modules and products.

● Define product vision, goals, priorities, and success metrics.

● Convert business and customer problems into scalable product solutions.

● Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic

priorities.

● Continuously identify opportunities to improve product adoption, efficiency, and revenue.

Product Discovery:

● Work closely with customers, sales, operations, and internal stakeholders to understand

pain points.

● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new product

opportunities.

● Define and track product KPIs including adoption, engagement, retention, conversion,

accuracy, and business impact.

● Analyse user behaviour and product data to identify areas for improvement.

● Validate ideas through customer interviews, prototypes, MVPs, and experiments.

Product Development:

● Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional

specifications.

● Work closely with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams throughout the





development lifecycle.

● Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

● Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.

● Coordinate UAT, release planning, and product launches.

● AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve

business problems.

● AI Integration: Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into

product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric.

AI Adoption & Innovation:

● You actively use AI tools in your own workflow for research, synthesis, prototyping, and

writing and you bring that fluency into how the product is built.

● Spot where AI/ML can meaningfully improve user experience or operational efficiency on

the platform and work with engineering to scope and ship those bets.

● Stay genuinely curious: recent models, new tools, emerging use cases. You bring those

possibilities into product conversations, not the other way around.

Desired Skills and Experience:

● Experience: 1 - 2 years in product management or a related role.

● Tech Background: B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in

basic programming logic, data flows and data analysis.

● Cross-functional Execution: Proven track record of working with development teams to

deliver projects.

● Product Exposure: At least 1 year of hands-on product management experience.

● AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve

business problems.

● Bias for action with an ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
