O&M; Engineer (Solar) - Gurugram. EcoWatt is hiring an Operation & Maintenance Engineer for rooftop, ground-mount and AgriPV solar plants across Delhi NCR. Key responsibilities: plan and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of modules, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, cabling and earthing; monitor plant generation and PR through monitoring portals and raise alerts on underperformance; attend site complaints, diagnose faults and coordinate spares and warranty claims with OEMs; supervise module cleaning, vegetation and site safety schedules; maintain service reports, checklists and monthly generation summaries for customers and management. Requirements: diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics with 3+ years in solar O&M; or electrical maintenance; hands-on with inverters, string testing and basic electrical instruments; willing to travel to sites across Delhi NCR. Multiple openings, immediate joining preferred.
