About the Brand

We are launching a new Indian luxury fashion label focused on premium bridal lehengas, couture sarees, gowns, and made-to-measure occasion wear.

We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded, and experienced Senior Fashion Designer who can play a key role in building the brand’s design language from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the brand’s first 12-piece debut collection
- Design bridal lehengas, couture sarees, gowns, and occasion wear
- Create sketches, moodboards, and design concepts
- Select fabrics, colours, trims, and embellishments
- Develop embroidery concepts, motifs, and surface details
- Coordinate with master cutters, tailors, and karigars
- Supervise sampling, fittings, and design modifications
- Ensure premium finishing, fit, and construction quality
- Develop commercially viable designs while maintaining a luxury aesthetic
- Prepare technical specifications and production notes
- Research Indian and international luxury fashion trends
- Participate in photoshoots, styling, and campaign development
- Contribute to establishing the brand’s long-term design identity

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5–8+ years of qualified experience in fashion design.




- Proven experience in bridal, couture, luxury, or occasion wear.
- Strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating original design work.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian fabrics, textiles, embroidery, embellishment, and craftsmanship.
- Practical experience working with karigars, tailors, master cutters, and production teams.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, silhouettes, proportions, fitting, and finishing.
- Ability to take a design from concept → sketch → sampling → fitting → final production.
- Strong creative thinking with an understanding of commercial fashion.
- Ability to independently manage multiple design and development requirements.
