Role Lead projects end-to-end, from concept to handover, while mentoring junior designers and managing client relationships. Responsibilities Lead design concepts, space planning, and material and finish selection Present designs to clients and manage approvals Oversee working drawings, BOQs, and vendor coordination Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution Guide and review the work of junior designers Requirements Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture 5+ years of experience in premium residential or commercial interiors Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3ds Max or V-Ray is a plus) Robust knowledge of materials, detailing, and site execution Excellent client-handling and team leadership skills
