Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth service, staff discipline, food quality, cost control, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete restaurant operations on a daily basis.

- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.

- Supervise FOH, kitchen, housekeeping and support staff.

- Maintain staff discipline, grooming and punctuality.

- Monitor daily sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Handle billing, cash management and closing procedures.

- Monitor food quality, presentation and consistency.

- Control food wastage, inventory and operating costs.

- Handle guest complaints professionally.

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.

- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

- Plan staff shifts and manpower requirements.

- Train and motivate the team.

- Coordinate with management regarding promotions and events.





- Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed.

Skills Required

Experience

3–5 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
