About the Role
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Banquet & Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day banquet operations, coordinate events, manage staff, and ensure smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate banquets, events, functions, and hotel operations from planning to completion.
- Manage guest requirements, bookings, vendors, and event-related arrangements.
- Supervise housekeeping, service, kitchen, and banquet staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client communication, resolve guest concerns, and ensure high service standards.
- Monitor event setup, food & beverage service,



cleanliness, and overall venue readiness.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hotel/banquet/event operations.
- Robust communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
