Responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, procurement, valuations, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and quotations.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures.

Manage interim payment applications and contractor valuations.

Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts.

Conduct rate analysis and cost comparisons.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Prepare regular commercial and cost reports for management.





Assist with procurement and subcontractor negotiations.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant construction experience.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

Good knowledge of measurement standards and contract procedures.

Solid analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
