We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to architectural and interior design projects, from initial concepts through detailed drawings and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, layouts, and material palettes.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and presentation layouts.
- Create 3D models and visualisations to communicate design ideas.
- Coordinate drawings with structural and services consultants.
- Assist with material selection, vendor coordination, and site visits.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain organised project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of D5 Render, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar rendering software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
- Robust design sensibility, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage deadlines, and take initiative.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
