Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, arranging, picking, packing, stock handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate should be physically fit, attentive, and willing to follow warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive medicines and other materials from suppliers.
- Check quantity, product name, batch number, expiry date, and physical condition.
- Assist in GRN and inward material handling.
- Arrange products systematically in designated racks.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Pick products accurately according to orders.
- Pack and prepare medicines for dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Support stock counting and physical inventory verification.
- Report damaged, expired, short, excess, or misplaced products to the supervisor.




- Handle products carefully according to warehouse and pharmaceutical storage procedures.
- Support barcode scanning and ERP/WMS-related activities when required.

Required Skills

- Basic reading and writing ability.
- Ability to identify medicine/product names.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness for material handling and warehouse activities.

Experience

Freshers can apply. Previous warehouse/pharma-distribution experience will be an advantage.
