Purplle is a leading beauty and personal-care platform with a growing retail store network across Kerala. We are looking for an energetic recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Beauty Adviser (BA) positions across multiple store locations.
Role Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through the hiring process until joining.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for Beauty Adviser positions across Kerala.
Handle high-volume recruitment requirements for multiple Purplle stores.
Source candidates through:
Job portals
WhatsApp groups
Social media
Employee referrals
Local candidate networks
Colleges / institutes
Other recruitment channels
Screen candidates based on eligibility, communication skills, grooming, sales orientation, location and experience.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain the job role, salary, location, shift timings and benefits.
Coordinate candidate interviews with the Purplle HR / Store team.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure selected candidates complete documentation and joining formalities.
Drive offer-to-joining conversion and minimize candidate dropouts.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers with:
Profiles sourced
Profiles screened
Interviews scheduled
Candidates selected
Offers released
Candidates joined
Dropouts / rejections
Provide regular recruitment status updates to the Purplle HR team.
Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming store vacancies.
Coordinate with candidates regarding joining date, location and reporting details.
Candidate Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred.
Experience in volume hiring, retail hiring, sales hiring or frontline recruitment will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also be considered.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple vacancies.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Should be proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with frequent candidate calls.
