Exp: 5-6 Yrs

 Lead a team of software developers and provide technical direction.

 Define coding, design, development, and engineering best practices.

 Develop and review technical designs, API specifications, data models, and integration approaches.

 Ensure appropriate separation of frontend, backend, services, and data layers.

 Design solutions considering scalability, availability, performance, security, and main tainability.

 Provide hands-on technical leadership across:

o React.js – frontend development and architecture

o Node.js / Express.js – backend services and APIs

o MongoDB – database design, queries, indexing, and performance

o JavaScript / TypeScript o REST APIs and third-party integrations

 Design, implement, and review AWS-based application architecture.





 Identify application performance bottlenecks and drive optimization.

 Optimize APIs, database queries, frontend performance, and cloud resources.

 Establish appropriate logging, monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics.

 Participate in production issue analysis and root-cause investigations.

 Drive improvements in application availability, reliability, and resilience.

 Implement secure coding and application security practices.

 Ensure appropriate authentication, authorization, data protection, and API security.

 Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Program Managers.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
