Position: Telecaller – Sales
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new client leads through online data, databases, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Handle and follow up on enquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status.
- Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversion and achieve calling/lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries preferred.
- Positive attitude and positive follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
