We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented *International Outbound Sales Executive* with solid communication skills and hands-on experience in outbound calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with international customers and handling a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
### Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum *6 months – 1 year of recent sales experience* in the current/most recent organization.
* Candidates must have strong *outbound sales experience* — at least *80% of their sales activity should be outbound*.
* Must be comfortable making *60+ outbound calls every day*.
* Excellent verbal communication skills — *9/10 level communication*.
* Prior exposure to an *international market/customer base* is mandatory.
* Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-volume sales environment.
* Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/international shifts, as applicable.
# Compensation & Benefits
* *Fixed CTC:* ₹6 LPA
* *Variable/Incentives:* Up to ₹2.5 LPA

* *₹400 per day Shift Allowance*
# Key Responsibilities
* Make *60+ outbound calls daily* to prospective/international customers.
* Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
* Handle objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.
* Maintain strong follow-up with prospective customers.
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate call and sales records.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

*Note:* Candidates without relevant outbound sales experience may not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
