Key Responsibilities
A. ERP / MIS Data Management
- Enter, update and maintain candidate and project data in the prescribed DDU-GKY ERP/MIS within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate lifecycle stages: mobilised, registered, enrolled, trained, assessed, certified, placed and post-placement tracked.
- Ensure batch-wise and centre-wise data is complete and internally consistent.
- Maintain master data relating to batches, trades/job roles, trainers, centre details and other project parameters as authorised.
- Ensure all mandatory fields and supporting documents are captured before submission.
B. Attendance & Training Data
- Monitor daily trainee and trainer attendance data and identify missing, duplicate or abnormal records.
- Coordinate with trainers and Centre Head to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Track batch commencement, training progress, completion and related status updates.
- Maintain records relating to training schedules, curriculum/course details and trainer deployment as required.
- Prepare attendance and training-status reports for Centre Head and Project MIS Team.
C. Candidate Data & Document Verification
- Verify data entered against approved source documents and centre records.
- Check completeness and consistency of candidate registration/enrolment information.
- Maintain electronic and physical records as prescribed by the PIA.
- Flag discrepancies in candidate identity, eligibility, batch allocation or documentation for correction.
- Ensure controlled handling and confidentiality of candidate information.
D. Assessment, Certification & Placement MIS
- Update and track assessment and certification status of candidates.
- Maintain records of candidates presented for assessment and those certified.
- Update placement status, employer details, offer/joining information and other prescribed placement evidence.
- Coordinate with Placement and Post-Placement teams to update joining, retention and tracking status.
- Ensure placement records and supporting documents are complete before reporting.
E. MIS Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by the Project Head, MIS Head and Centre Head.
- Generate target-versus-achievement reports for mobilisation, enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement.
- Prepare exception reports highlighting missing data, low attendance, pending documentation, inactive batches and other operational anomalies.
- Support management dashboards and review meetings with accurate and timely data.
- Provide data for inspections, audits, Q-Team reviews and project monitoring.
F. Data Quality & Compliance
- Conduct routine data validation and reconciliation between ERP/MIS and physical/source records.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated records and coordinate correction.
- Maintain an MIS error/exception tracker and monitor closure.
- Ensure data is submitted within prescribed timelines and in the prescribed format.
- Support the Centre Head in maintaining operational readiness for inspections and audits.
- Never alter or backdate records without proper authorisation and supporting evidence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
