Role Summary: Executing heavy-duty MIG welding on load-bearing trailer chassis, main beams, cross-members, and body structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out multi-pass MIG welding on heavy-gauge carbon steel plates, ISMB/ISMC beams, and high-tensile steel.
Welding crucial load-bearing joints including kingpin plates, suspension brackets, axle beds, and main longitudinal girders.
Adjusting wire feed, voltage, and shielding gas parameters for deep penetration welds.
Performing visual inspection of weld beads to prevent cracks, undercut, or porosity under heavy load requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 Years in heavy trailer, semi-trailer, or tip-trailer manufacturing. ITI in Welder trade (preferred). Hands-on proficiency in 2G, 3G, and 4G position welding.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
