About the Role

Maxima Automation Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop new business opportunities and build solid client relationships in the Industrial Automation & Instrumentation sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and support order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new project opportunities.





Requirements

- MBA – Marketing / BBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Engineering, EPC, or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
