We are looking for a PPC Executive to handle production planning, material planning, inventory control, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Sales teams for smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor daily production progress and update schedules as required.
- Plan raw material and component requirements based on production needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Avoid material shortages and excess inventory through effective planning.
- Maintain production, material consumption, and inventory records.
- Prepare regular reports related to production and inventory.
- Update and monitor planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
- Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Production Planning.
- Understanding of Material Planning and Inventory Control.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple production schedules and priorities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
