About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace activities, product catalogue and listing operations, inventory updates, and order coordination.

The candidate will work across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, our D2C website, and quick-commerce platforms. The role involves maintaining accurate product listings and catalogue information, monitoring inventory and marketplace activities, and coordinating with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, D2C website, and other online platforms.
- Manage product catalogue information including product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, pricing, SKUs, and other relevant details.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across different marketplaces.
- Handle SKU creation, SKU mapping, product categorisation, and catalogue updates.
- Monitor listings for errors, missing information, inactive/suppressed listings, catalogue mismatches, and other marketplace issues.
- Update product pricing, offers, inventory, and other product-related information as required.
- Monitor stock availability across Amazon,



Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, D2C website, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory updates and highlight low stock, out-of-stock products, or inventory mismatches.
- Check and monitor daily orders received from marketplaces and the D2C platform.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely packing, labelling, invoicing, and shipment handover.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, return, and RTO orders and follow up with the concerned teams.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required marketplace timelines.
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, missing orders, damaged returns, replacements, and marketplace claims.
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers for product listings, inventory, orders, dispatches, returns, and pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, sales, customer support, accounts, design/content, and marketplace teams.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Freshers with an interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, or other marketplace portals is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
