OB DESCRIPTION – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Finished Goods / Store Department

Designation: Data Entry Operator

Department: Store / Finished Goods

Reporting To: Store Manager / Store Officer

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and print Finished Goods slips/labels as per production requirements.

* Enter and verify Finished Goods details in Excel/ERP/software.

* Ensure accurate entry of product name, batch number, quantity, size/specification, date and other required details.

* Check printed slips/labels and ensure the correct slip is attached to the respective Finished Goods.

* Maintain records of all Finished Goods slips/labels prepared and issued.

* Coordinate with the Production and Store teams for collection and verification of Finished Goods data.

* Maintain proper documentation and filing of Finished Goods records.

* Prepare daily/weekly reports related to Finished Goods as required.





* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all data entry and documentation work.

* Immediately report any discrepancy in product details, quantity, batch number or other information to the concerned department.

* Perform other duties related to Finished Goods documentation as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

* Basic knowledge of printing and scanning.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.

* Valuable coordination and communication skills.

* Experience in a manufacturing/store environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,727.41 - ₹33,985.56 per month
