Financial Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan Leads from open market and through different channels.
- Develop and Maintain relationships with clients, builders, and contractors for repeat business and referrals.
- Implement and Develop Sales activities to achieve targets.
- Arrange Loan Events: Organize events/activities for lead generation.
- Handle Product queries and Service issues.
- Ensure the achievement of given business targets.
- Comfortable with travel, doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with the team or alone on a daily basis as required for business in the assigned area.
- Meeting Clients, Verifying Documents, Processing Files, Co-ordinating with Sanction/Disbursement of loans, and Relationship Management with the Client.
Non-Financial Responsibilities and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Conduct clear and honest deals with intact integrity; should not be involved in any kind of direct/indirect interest in the transaction.
- Maintain good and decent behavior while dealing with customers.
- Maintain synergy with Cross-Functional teams.
- Take responsibility for the confidentiality of information gathered from clients; do not share any information with competitors.
- Take responsibility for the confidentiality of Company information.
