About Us
KULGM Hotels & Resorts builds hotels and residential colonies across the Mathura–Vrindavan area. We need a hands-on civil site engineer to run execution on our hotel and colony sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Run day-to-day site work for hotel buildings and residential colony projects: excavation, foundations, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing.
- Read, understand and carry out architectural and structural drawings. Raise any drawing conflicts before work starts.
- Prepare and update drawings, layouts and as-built changes in AutoCAD.
- Prepare and submit the Daily Progress Report (DPR): work done, manpower, machinery, material received and used, and any hold-ups.
- Do layout and marking work: centreline, levels, plot demarcation, and road and drainage alignment for colonies.
- Calculate quantities (BOQ) and check contractor bills against actual measurements (MB).
- Check the quality of concrete, steel, shuttering and finishes, and do cube testing, slump tests and bar-bending schedule checks.
- Plan material requirements ahead so that work never stops for lack of material.
- Make sure safety is followed on site: PPE, scaffolding and secure excavation.
- Coordinate with the architect, structural consultant and management, and attend site review meetings.
- Keep site records: registers, material inward/outward, and checklists.

Contractor Management

- Manage several contractors on site at the same time: civil, shuttering, steel, plumbing, electrical and finishing.
- Brief each contractor on scope,



drawings and quality standards before the work starts.
- Set weekly targets for each contractor and track actual work against those targets in the DPR.
- Check that contractors put the committed labour on site every day, and escalate early when they fall short.
- Measure and verify contractor work in the MB before any bill goes for approval. No payment is released without a site-verified measurement.
- Reject poor-quality work and get it redone at the contractor's cost.
- Control how contractors use and waste material supplied by the company.
- Coordinate between trades so one contractor does not hold up another. For example, plumbing sleeves must be in place before casting.
- Handle disputes on site firmly and professionally, and keep management informed.
- Keep written records of instructions, delays and defects for each contractor.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of site experience in building construction. Experience on hotel, commercial or residential colony projects is preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors and labour teams on a live site, with the ability to get work done to schedule and quality.
- Able to use auto level / dumpy level. Total station knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Knows IS codes and good construction practice.
- Hindi & English for reports and communication

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
