As a Prompt Engineer, you will bridge the gap between human intent and AI execution. You’ll design, refine, and optimize inputs (prompts) to ensure Large Language Models (LLMs) produce accurate, high-quality, and safe outputs. Key Responsibilities

- Create complex, structured prompts using techniques like few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and system role definition.
- Test prompts across different models to identify edge cases, hallucinations, or biases.
- Iterate on existing prompts to improve response speed, cost-efficiency, and output consistency.
- Work with software engineers to integrate prompts into production codebases and APIs.
- Maintain a library of successful prompt patterns and "best practices" for internal teams.

Required Skills

- Exceptional command of English (or target languages) to craft accurate, unambiguous instructions.
- Familiarity with LLM architectures, tokenization, and temperature settings.
- Strong deductive reasoning to troubleshoot why a model failed a specific task.
- Knowledge of Python or JSON is often required for automating evaluations and API integration.
