Job Summary:

An ERP Data Entry operator in a manufacturing component store is responsible for maintaining the digital accuracy of inventory, ensuring that physical stock matches the system. This role bridges the gap between physical material movement on the shop floor and the ERP data used for production planning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Goods Receipt & Issuance: Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) upon receiving materials from suppliers and accurately log the issuance of components to production, often using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.

ERP Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain inventory records and stock levels.

Inventory Verification: Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counting) to ensure that physical inventory matches the stock recorded in the ERP system, and take corrective action, with approval from higher authorities, to eliminate any discrepancies.

Documentation: Organize and scan, or manually file, paper documents (invoices, receipts, delivery orders, Inspection report)



for digital storage.

Report Generation: Generate daily or weekly reports on stock summaries, consumption, reorder alerts, and material aging.

Coordination: Collaborate with Production, Quality and Purchasing departments to ensure real-time inventory updates and align data.

System Maintenance: Update/Create Store location. Label inventory with assign code and lot as per ERP system and put to the correct location and handle material returns/scrap.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems

Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of Inventory Control, Basic Accounting, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
