Location: Gangtok, Sikkim

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, guest services, and departmental coordination while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hotel operations using PMS software, including reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and reports.
- Supervise Front Office operations and room allocation.
- Manage guest relations, feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations, including service quality, inventory, billing, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.
- Manage staff schedules, performance,



and day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth overall hotel functioning.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of PMS Software.
- Experience in Front Office, Guest Management, and F&B; operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
