Job Title: Performance Test Engineer – Tricentis NeoLoad

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Shift: 2:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST (EST time Zone)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with robust expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad to design, develop, execute, and analyze performance testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workload modeling, scripting, test execution, performance analysis, and CI/CD integration.

The engineer will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad.




- Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), and Volume tests.
- Create realistic workload models and user scenarios.
- Parameterize scripts and implement correlation where required.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and analysis documents.
- Collaborate with development teams for defect analysis and tuning.
- Integrate NeoLoad with CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance during test execution.
- Support production performance validation when required.
- Estimate effort and contribute to performance testing best practices.
