- Supervise daily packaging work of sublimation paper rolls.
- Manage and guide packaging workers.
- Ensure proper packing of rolls as per company requirements.
- Check packing material availability and usage.
- Ensure finished rolls are properly packed and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain basic daily packing records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the packaging area.
- Report any packing or quality issues to the senior/manager.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of factory work.
- Responsible and disciplined.
- Ability to manage workers and complete daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
