Job Description:
- Basic knowledge in Recruitment process.
- Basic knowledge in HR operations and functions
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Qualification : MBA (HR) or BBA (HR) or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 1 year experience.
Preferred local candidates near Kanjirappally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
