We're looking for a Data Delivery Manager to spearhead complex data migration, platform, and management solution delivery.

Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of delivery from start to finish on assigned accounts
- Guarantee delivery and production process governance according to the selected delivery model
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all delivery matters, including escalations and resource ramp-downs
- Handle resource allocation duties, confirming the right skills and seniority levels are in place
- Deliver technical leadership to guarantee robust, future-proof data solution architecture
- Facilitate coordination across various disciplines and stakeholders
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships
- Tackle client concerns and manage engagement risks before they escalate
- Oversee the development of customer proposals and statements of work
- Guarantee project alignment with EPAM processes and agile delivery methodologies
- Ensure client responsibilities are fulfilled throughout engagements




- Develop delivery plans featuring precise timeframe and resource estimations
- Set up ongoing strategies for managing delivery risk
- Track and enhance delivery productivity levels
- Lend technical and management expertise to sales activities and bid processes

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Substantial Data Delivery Management experience spanning 14 to 20 years
- A track record of leading intricate data migration and data management solution deliveries
- Skilled in Data Architecture and Data Solution Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT Solutions, Databricks, and Data Mesh
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Solid project management skills grounded in industry best practices
- Capability to align multiple stakeholders and disciplines
- Outstanding communication skills and client-facing presence
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks
- Skill in managing and escalating delivery risks when needed
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- C1 (Advanced) level English proficiency
