- Drive recent business and revenue through corporate, social, wedding and event catering opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client, corporate, event planner, venue and PR relationships.
- Actively participate in ground-level PR, networking and business development activities to generate leads.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, tastings and event discussions and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Manage end-to-end event operations and execution, ensuring smooth service and client satisfaction.
- Lead, train and manage catering staff and operational teams for events.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, procurement and support teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure quality, service standards, cost control and operational efficiency.
- Handle client feedback, resolve operational issues and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain business pipeline, lead follow-ups, event calendars and basic sales/operations reports.
- Represent the catering brand professionally at industry events, networking meets and PR activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
