About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong jewellery sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable products.
- Explain jewellery designs, gemstones, diamonds, gold purity, pricing, and product specifications.
- Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist with product displays, stock coordination, billing, and showroom operations.
- Handle high-value customers professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and market developments.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably in a reputed jewellery showroom or luxury retail brand.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience handling premium/HNI customers will be an advantage.
