- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and pain levels.
- Review patients' medical history, diagnostic reports, and physician referrals to understand their condition and rehabilitation requirements.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' clinical needs.
- Set realistic and achievable treatment goals with patients to improve mobility, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions based on patients' conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress regularly and modify treatment plans as required to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Guide and support junior physiotherapists and interns in clinical assessments, treatment procedures, and patient management.
- Ensure that all physiotherapy procedures are carried out safely and in accordance with clinical standards and protocols.
- Maintain proper usage and upkeep of physiotherapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings,



and clinical reviews as required.
- Stay updated with evidence-based physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation techniques, and developments in the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
- MPT freshers with solid clinical knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
- Strong documentation and medical record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior physiotherapists and interns.
- Willingness to learn and adopt evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach with good clinical judgment.
