About the Role

AproposDrive Technologies is developing innovative rare-earth-free motor and EV powertrain technologies. We are looking for a hands-on Hardware & Electronics Testing Engineer to handle electronic hardware testing, powertrain validation, and EV two-wheeler integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electronic hardware testing and validation of PCBs, motor controllers, sensors, and power electronics.
- Test and validate EV powertrain components and systems.
- Perform EV two-wheeler integration and vehicle-level testing.
- Conduct functional, performance, thermal, and reliability testing.
- Troubleshoot electronic/hardware issues and perform root-cause and failure analysis.
- Use oscilloscope, multimeter, DC power supply, electronic load, CAN tools, and other testing equipment.
- Support DVP, prototype testing, validation,



and technical documentation.
- Work closely with Hardware, Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Vehicle Integration teams.

Requirements

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics.
- 2–5 years of experience in electronics, EV, automotive, or power electronics testing.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB testing, motor controllers, CAN, and test equipment.
- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- EV two-wheeler integration experience preferred.
- Own laptop and two-wheeler required.
- Willingness to travel for vehicle and field-testing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
