About the Role

Anblicks is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Writer who can transform complex technical concepts, product features, and workflows into clear, concise, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product documentation, a curiosity to learn new technologies, and the ability to independently explore products and collaborate with technical teams. Exposure to AI tools and emerging AI technologies is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain high-quality product and technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, SOPs, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and other technical teams to understand products, features, and technical workflows.
- Explore products and technologies independently and convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Research technical topics and ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, well-structured, and up to date.
- Review and edit existing content for clarity, technical accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly for documentation research, summarization, content drafting, editing, quality improvement, and productivity.
- Stay curious about emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to modern documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Product Documentation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience creating product documentation, user manuals, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, research, and information-structuring skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them in a simple, clear, and user-friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation quality and accuracy.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn recent technologies and explore products independently.
- Experience using AI tools to improve documentation quality, content research, summarization, and productivity.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Cloud Platforms, APIs, or Analytics solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-powered products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git/GitHub, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional technical teams.
