About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer at a Lead/Architect level to champion secure-by-design engineering practices across our enterprise platforms. This role is pivotal in embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, facilitating secure cloud-native deployments, and ensuring compliance, governance, and resiliency across applications and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

- Drive end-to-end DevSecOps practices across enterprise and SaaS platforms with a security-first approach.
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and more (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).




- Lead container security initiatives for Docker/Kubernetes, focusing on image scanning, runtime security, and policy enforcement.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with security controls, including policy-as-code and compliance validation.
- Establish security monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks, including SIEM integration, threat detection, and telemetry.
- Manage secure environment configurations across Linux/Windows and cloud platforms.
- Enforce CMDB governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with security, platform engineering, and development teams to embed security in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Drive automation for vulnerability remediation and compliance checks.
- Lead initiatives on cloud security posture management (CSPM) and cost optimization with security guardrails.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong experience in DevSecOps tools and frameworks (SAST, DAST, SCA, container security tools).
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security best practices.
- Experience designing secure CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (YAML, Shell, Groovy, Go).
- Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Strong exposure to multi-cloud/hybrid environments (containers, VMs, cloud platforms).
- Experience implementing end-to-end DevSecOps pipelines from scratch.
- Good understanding of release management, workplace governance, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with configuration management tools (CHEF/Ansible/Puppet).
- Experience in LLMOps/AI platform security (model validation, guardrails, secure pipelines).
- Exposure to cloud security (AWS, Azure), including IAM, networking, and encryption standards.
- Knowledge of Policy-as-Code (OPA, Sentinel)



and Zero Trust architecture.
- Familiarity with observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry) and secure telemetry pipelines.
- Experience in performance, cost, and security optimization strategies.
- Proven experience at Lead level in DevSecOps environments.
- Solid focus on automation, security, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to influence security strategy and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing hybrid model.
