Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store Manager to manage the complete stores and warehouse operations at our Palwal manufacturing facility.

The incumbent will be responsible for material receiving, inspection coordination, storage, inventory control, material issuance, stock accuracy, warehouse discipline, and ERP-based inventory management. The candidate should ensure timely material availability to Production while maintaining optimum inventory levels and strong control over stock.

Key Responsibilities1. Stores & Warehouse Operations

- Manage day-to-day stores and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper receipt, identification, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain proper bin locations, material identification, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices, wherever applicable.
- Ensure systematic storage of raw materials, components, consumables, finished goods, and MRO items.




- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S within the stores and warehouse.
- Ensure secure handling and storage of materials.

2. Material Receiving & Inspection

- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Security for incoming material receipts.
- Verify material quantity against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Ensure materials are properly inspected and released by Quality before final acceptance, wherever required.
- Maintain records of GRN/GRIR, rejected material, shortage, excess, and damaged material.
- Coordinate with suppliers for shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries.

3. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, bought-out components, consumables, spares, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels.
- Identify and control slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy between physical stock and ERP records.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.04 per month
