Job Discription

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the shift.

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.

- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Train and mentor recent employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.

- Maintain accurate production records and report on shift performance.

- Address any production issues or employee concerns promptly.

Key Skills

knowledge of safety standards and regulations, Technical understanding of production equipments.
