JOB DESCRIPTION :

TELECALLING EXECUTIVE

FRESHER : 12,000

EXPERIENCE - 1 TO 3 YRS : 20,000

LOCATION : GANAPATHY, CBE.

- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and couples regarding IVF and fertility treatment services.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about IVF, fertility consultations, and hospital services.
- Explain the consultation process, appointment procedures, and required documents clearly.
- Follow up with enquiries, leads, and patients who have shown interest in fertility treatment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with IVF specialists and doctors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM or hospital system.
- Coordinate with the front office, doctors,



and couple coordinators for patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Communicate with patients professionally, politely, and empathetically while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow up with patients after consultations and assist with further appointment coordination as directed.
- Prepare daily call reports, track lead conversion, and update management on follow-up status.
