Job Title : We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage visual communication, branding, and promotional designs. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality creatives for digital platforms, print materials, recruitment, events, and institutional branding.

Job description

- Create creative designs for social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Develop branding and promotional materials for the organization.
- Design creatives for recruitment campaigns, events, academic activities, and awareness programs.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Design certificates, notices, invitations, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Maintain consistency in logo, fonts, colours, layouts, and brand identity.
- Edit and enhance photos, images, and marketing creatives.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Academic, and other departments for design requirements.
- Prepare artwork for digital publishing and printing.
- Ensure designs are professional, visually appealing, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.




- Maintain organized editable files, templates, and brand assets.
- Support overall branding management and creative requirements of the organization.

Qualification:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Experience in social media creatives and branding.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of graphic design, typography, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
