We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to handle client acquisition, sales, marketing, and manpower sourcing for our security and facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients for security & facility management services.
Conduct client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.
Help and assist in digital marketing
Support manpower sourcing and recruitment for security guards and other staff.
Coordinate with candidates and maintain manpower availability.
Build solid client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Monitor market opportunities and generate recent business.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Security Agency, Facility Management, Manpower Services, or similar industry preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with field visits and manpower coordination.
Target-oriented and proactive.
