The Happiness Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience by regularly connecting with clients, collecting feedback and reviews, addressing concerns, and coordinating with relevant teams to improve overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client happiness calls to understand their experience and satisfaction.
- Collect client reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Identify client concerns, complaints, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Follow up with clients after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client feedback, reviews, and concerns.
- Identify positive client experiences and coordinate the collection of testimonials and reviews.
- Monitor client satisfaction trends and share key insights with the management team.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback, reviews, concerns, and resolutions.
