Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation for our business workshops and events. (Open for both Part-time and Full-time engagement).

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution: Run and manage Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads focused on lead generation.

2. Targeting & Optimization:



Build audience strategies to reach business owners; monitor and optimize ads daily to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.

3. A/B Testing & Scaling: Test creatives, ad copies, and audiences; scale winning campaigns.

4. Weekly Reporting: Track and report ad spend, total leads, qualified leads, CPL, CPQL, top creatives, campaign insights, and next week's strategy.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads with a strong focus on Lead Generation.

Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate).

Strong data analysis, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience running campaigns for workshops, events, coaching, or B2B businesses.
