**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr Technical Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market potential, conducting regular market and field visits, managing distributors and dealers, and ensuring the marketing and sales success of our Aqua products. Customer relations, satisfaction, payment collection, and confirmation are essential aspects of this role.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
1. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
2. Identify and contact potential customers to expand the customer base.
3. Build strong customer relationships to generate future sales and foster repeat business.
4.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, providing daily reports to superiors.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Criteria:**
1. Must have own bike and a valid driving license.
2. Good exposure in shrimp or fish sales in the market.
3. Solid network with farmers and dealers in the market.
4. Solid technical knowledge about aquaculture.
5. Proven track record of successful conversions in the farms.
