About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional to drive and manage the guest rewards and loyalty program for an exclusive restaurant opening in Ghansoli. The ideal candidate should have excellent guest engagement skills, the ability to explain membership perks and reward programs effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and enroll guests into the restaurant's rewards and loyalty program.
- Clearly explain reward points, membership benefits, redemption processes, and ongoing offers to guests.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Engage with guests proactively and address their queries regarding loyalty benefits.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations and management teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Track membership enrollments, reward utilization, and guest feedback.




- Support promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing loyalty program participation.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollments and guest interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, guest relations, customer service, or loyalty program management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with guests and explain benefits in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or loyalty management systems is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in luxury dining, premium hospitality, clubs, lounges, or hotel guest relations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong execution focus with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
