Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop reliable vendors for mechanical, electrical, fabrication, machining, and other industrial requirements.
* Search for new suppliers and evaluate their capability, quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
* Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions.
* Develop vendors for new components and materials as per company requirements.
* Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
* Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure committed delivery schedules are maintained.
* Conduct vendor performance evaluation based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
* Coordinate with Quality and Purchase teams for vendor approvals and quality issues.




* Develop alternate sources for critical and regularly consumed components.
* Maintain vendor database, quotations, comparative statements, and performance records.
* Visit vendors when required for development, inspection, and problem resolution.

Required Skills:

* Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
* Good knowledge of industrial components and manufacturing processes.
* Experience in mechanical/electrical machine manufacturing will be preferred.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP systems.
* Solid follow-up and communication skills.
* Ability to develop long-term supplier relationships.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma preferred.
