To provide friendly and efficient service to guests, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area, and support the F&B; team in delivering a good dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
- Serve food and beverages as instructed by the Captain or Supervisor.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Refill water, cutlery, napkins, and other required items.
- Assist Captains and other service staff during busy periods.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle crockery, glassware, and service equipment carefully.
- Check and maintain the availability of service items.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing activities.
- Follow company rules, grooming standards,
and attendance procedures.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; team for smooth service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th / Plus Two preferred.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
