Roles & Responsibilities

2–3 years of relevant experience in execution of large-scale infrastructure / industrial / township / commercial projects

Execution and supervision of civil & infrastructure works including RCC, foundations, piling, roads, drainage, utilities, and finishing works

Ensuring work execution as per approved GFC drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and Adani quality standards

Coordination with Adani project teams, EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors

Review and verification of shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals

Measurement, checking, and certification of contractor RA bills and quantities

Monitoring site progress, manpower, and materials to meet project timelines

Implementation of QA/QC procedures and maintaining site quality records

Strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) norms





Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports, MIS, and site documentation

Identification of technical issues and providing effective site-level solutions

Supporting audits, inspections, and client reviews as required

Required Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of RCC structures, foundations, piling, steel structures

Knowledge of roads (bituminous & concrete), storm water drainage, sewer & water networks

Experience in BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, and billing

Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, CPWD/MORTH specifications

Exposure to EPC / PMC project execution models

Knowledge of QA/QC systems, material testing, and approvals

Software Proficiency :

AutoCAD – Mandatory

MS Excel – Mandatory (billing, quantity tracking, MIS)

MS Word & PowerPoint

MS Project / Primavera – preferred

ERP / SAP systems – added advantage

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

2–3 years of site experience in civil or infrastructure projects

Basic knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals (RCC, foundations, roads, drainage)

Exposure to project execution and site supervision

Understanding of stormwater drainage and basic environmental practices

Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work on site and learn project standards

PE / professional certification – not mandatory (added advantage)

Salary & Benefits:

Compensation: Up to ₹22,000 per month (for suitable candidates)

Statutory benefits as per company policy (PF / ESIC, if applicable)
