Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, material selection, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed.
- Supervise junior designers and review their work for accuracy and quality.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
- Oversee budgeting, timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met within schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 2+ years of professional experience in residential, commercial nteriors.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, & Photoshop design tools.
- Excellent detailing, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
