- Source & screen candidates through job portals, social media, databases & referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and maintain candidate records in ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, document verification & reference checks.
- Support selection closure and onboarding activities.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and reports.
Eligibility
- 0-1 Years of experience
- Candidates with internship experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition can also apply.
- Good communication, coordination & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and organized approach.
Pay: ₹20,323.13 - ₹29,023.63 per month
